- BS ECE or Computer Engineering
- With or without work experience, though a relevant working experience is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Proficient knowledge in IT and Broadcast Communication
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication skills(written and oral)
- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare work related documents
